Cosplay 3D printing: helmets and armour
The armour, the helmet, the weapon. Built to your size.
Armour doesn't print in one piece; it gets split, keyed and bonded. We do that splitting for you, so the parts land fitting together instead of guessing.
01What we print
Armour, props and paint-ready finishing.
- 01
Armour & helmets
Split to fit the build envelope, keyed and bonded. You get parts that locate into each other, not a puzzle.
- 02
Props & weapons
Swords, blasters, staffs. Segmented, with the internal channels for the spine and wiring already there.
- 03
Masks, horns & pauldrons
The curved volumes foam never quite gets right.
- 04
Built for LEDs
Cavities, diffusers and mounting bosses printed into the part, not drilled in afterwards.
- 05
Scaled to you
Send your measurements and we scale the model before printing, not after.
- 06
Finishing
Support removal, sanding, filler, primer, paint. You choose where we stop.
02the honest bit
What FDM does well, and what it doesn't
Better said before you order than after.
What we do well
- Volumes up to 256 mm per axis. Past that we split it and bond it.
- Functional parts: engineering materials, mechanical strength, heat and UV.
- Multi-colour in a single print, with no painting.
What we don't do
- 28 mm tabletop miniatures: that detail needs resin, and we don't run it.
- Layer lines stay visible before finishing. This is printing, not casting.
- Walls under 0.8 mm don't come out cleanly.
Custom project
No file? A broken part, a photo or an idea is enough. Describe it and we come back with a price.
