3D printed car parts
The part the dealer no longer stocks.
Morocco largely drives cars whose trim parts stopped being made years ago. A three-dirham clip can hold a whole dashboard hostage. We reprint them.
01What we print
Clips, brackets, trim that went out of production.
- 01
Interior clips & trim
Snapped dashboard clips, vent tabs, window cranks: the small parts nobody sells on their own any more. Printed in PETG or ABS.
- 02
Brackets & mounts
Phone, dashcam, camera and gauge mounts. In PETG-CF or PA-CF when it has to stay rigid and not buzz.
- 03
Under-hood parts
Ducting, intake adapters, covers. In ASA or PA-CF, so they take the heat and the UV.
- 04
Bushings, grommets & gaskets
The soft parts that wear out first. Printed in TPU, at the hardness the job actually calls for.
- 05
Discontinued part reproduction
Send us the broken part and its measurements. We remodel it, reprint it, you refit it.
- 06
Exterior trim & badges
In UV-stable ASA, so the part doesn't chalk after one summer in the sun.
02the honest bit
What FDM does well, and what it doesn't
Better said before you order than after.
What we do well
- Volumes up to 256 mm per axis. Past that we split it and bond it.
- Functional parts: engineering materials, mechanical strength, heat and UV.
- Multi-colour in a single print, with no painting.
What we don't do
- 28 mm tabletop miniatures: that detail needs resin, and we don't run it.
- Layer lines stay visible before finishing. This is printing, not casting.
- Walls under 0.8 mm don't come out cleanly.
Custom project
No file? A broken part, a photo or an idea is enough. Describe it and we come back with a price.
