1. Data collection
BUSE.ma collects only the personal data needed to process your orders: name, email address, phone number and delivery address. This data is gathered when you register and when you order.
2. Data usage
Your personal data is used solely to process and track your orders, for related communication, to improve our services, and to send commercial communications: only with your consent.
3. Data protection
We put in place technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against any unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
4. 3D files
The 3D files you entrust to us are stored securely and used only to process your orders. They are never shared with third parties and are deleted after a set period following delivery.
6. Third-party processors
Some data passes through providers acting on our behalf. Card payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your email address and the order amount: we never see or store your card number. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Internal notifications to our team go through Discord and carry only the order reference, the delivery city and the amount - never your full address or phone number. Your 3D files are sent to none of these providers.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data.
