1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the BUSE.ma platform, you agree to be bound by these general terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, we ask that you not use our platform.
2. Service description
BUSE.ma is an online 3D printing platform that lets users upload 3D files, get instant quotes and order 3D-printed parts.
3. Orders
Prices shown on the platform are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), taxes included, and include production and delivery anywhere in Morocco. The total shown before you confirm your order is the amount charged.
4. Intellectual property
Users warrant that they hold the intellectual property rights to the 3D files submitted. BUSE.ma claims no ownership rights over the files uploaded by users.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on order complexity and destination. BUSE.ma commits to shipping orders as quickly as possible.
6. Limitation of liability
BUSE.ma cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the platform or the printed products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
