BUSE, 3D printing in Morocco with nobody in between
A file uploaded, a price shown, a part delivered. Here is who we are, how we work, and why the price you see is the price you pay.

What BUSE does
BUSE is an online 3D printing service for Morocco. You upload an STL, OBJ or 3MF file to the online quote, the price appears in dirhams within seconds, you choose the material, the finish and the quantity, then you order and pay online. The part is printed by fused filament deposition (FDM) in our Agadir workshop and delivered to your door, with delivery included in the price shown. We print prototypes, spare parts nobody sells any more, enclosures, small batches and raised business cards, for individuals as well as design offices, workshops and schools.
How a price is computed
The price of a part is a function of its geometry, not of a negotiation. The server reads your file, measures its volume, surface and overhangs, estimates machine time layer by layer and the material consumed, then applies published rates: a machine-hour rate, a price per gram specific to each spool, a fixed service fee and automatic quantity discounts. The browser never sends a price, a volume or a weight: it sends only your choices. That is why the quote total is exactly what the checkout charges, and why two customers sending the same file get the same price.
How an order unfolds
An order is created at payment, by card through a secure hosted checkout, or by bank transfer confirmed by the team. It then goes into production in the workshop, is inspected, packed and handed to the courier, who delivers it to the city you chose among the Kingdom's main cities. You follow every step from your account, receive a numbered invoice as soon as payment lands and an email when the parcel ships. If your project does not fit the instant quote, say a broken part to reproduce from photos, the project request puts you in touch with a human who quotes it by hand.
The materials we print
We work the FDM polymers we can honestly recommend: PLA for prototypes and everyday objects, PETG for functional parts exposed to moisture, ABS and ASA for heat and full sun, TPU for flexible parts. Each colour is its own SKU in our catalog, with its density and its price per gram, and an out-of-stock SKU cannot be ordered. We offer no resin, no metal and no transparent parts, and we say so rather than promise what the machine does not do.
Who is behind BUSE
BUSE is the trading name of KRAD KRAD LLC, the company that runs the platform and takes the payments. The parts are made by our workshop in Agadir, Morocco. The terms of service and the privacy policy detail the seller's identity, how your files and your data are handled, and your rights. For any question, one address: contact@buse.ma.
For developers and agents
Everything the site does, a program can do: the public API, described in OpenAPI from the server's own validators, lets you upload a file, get the price a checkout will charge, order and pay. Every public page also answers in Markdown to an agent that asks for it, and the llms.txt file indexes the whole site. The documentation is on the developers page.
