The parts that reproduce well
- Clips, clamps, mounting tabs and fasteners snapped clean off.
- Knobs, dials, handles, covers and caps.
- Brackets, angles, feet and spacers for appliances or machines.
- Simple gears and pulleys, wheels for bins and trolleys.
- Lids, hatches, grilles and interior body panels.
What does not reproduce in FDM: transparent parts, parts that touch a flame or exceed about a hundred degrees, a vehicle's safety parts, and details finer than half a millimetre.
How it works
- Describe the part on the Custom project page, with photos from the front, the side and above, a ruler or calliper in the frame, and the measurements that matter: length, width, height, diameters, hole spacing.
- We come back with a price for modelling and printing. Nothing is made before you agree.
- The part is modelled, then printed in our Agadir workshop in the material agreed.
- You receive it in 2 to 3 days, delivery included.
Keep every piece of the broken part: they give the dimensions and hidden faces a photo does not show. If you can send us the part itself, better still.
The guide 3D printing without a file or from a photo details what to send so the request succeeds first time.
In which material
The original material is rarely printable as such; we pick the one that holds up to the same use.
- PLA: an indoor part, with no heat and no permanent load. The cheapest.
- PETG: a part under load, contact with water, kitchen, bathroom, engine bay away from heat sources.
- ASA: a part in the sun or outdoors, car covers and trim.
- TPU: a flexible part, seal, bumper, bellows.
The Materials page compares each polymer; for a car part, the Automotive page gives examples.
What it costs
Printing a part is priced on machine time and material, with a minimum of 105.00 MAD per order, delivery included. For a sense of scale, a solid 30 mm cube costs 105.00 MAD delivered in PLA. Modelling is priced separately, by the part's complexity, and stated with the printing price before you agree.
A part that breaks again is reprinted without redoing the modelling: the file is kept in your account. Several copies at once cost less per part; see small batch production.
The limits to know
- Up to 256 mm per axis; a larger part is split and assembled.
- Walls of at least 0.8 mm; a tab thinner than the original can be thickened where there is room.
- Layers stay visible; a visible part can be sanded.
- If you already have the file, accepted formats are STL, OBJ, 3MF.
